Customer Involvement
Some builders refuse to do "Custom" Changes or charge exorbitant prices if they do allow them.
We encourage you to sit down with us to modify your plans to meet your family's needs. When we are ready to start the construction of your new home, you will meet with the Production Manager to make sure that we are all on the same page.
Once the home is safe for you to enter, we will walk you through and answer any questions prior to the installation of the drywall. When the home is ready for you to move into, we will go through the operation and maintenance to ensure you are comfortable with the operation.
In addition, anytime during the construction, you are welcome to tour your home with your Production Manager.
